Fried Frank announced today that a prominent team of lawyers have joined the firm's market-leading, global Real Estate Department. Partners Adam Endick and Christy Mazzola, along with senior counsel Wallace (Wally) Schwartz, will be based in the firm's New York office.

"Adam, Christy and Wally are nationally renowned real estate attorneys whom we have sat across from and worked alongside for years," said Jonathan L. Mechanic, partner and chairman of Fried Frank's Real Estate Department.

Adam, Christy and Wally have decades of experience advising clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures and financings, across all asset classes. They have worked on transactions that have transformed urban landscapes across the United States. Adam has particular expertise representing landlords and tenants in headquarters and other large-scale commercial leasing transactions.

"This group's broad and deep skill set in our core practice areas will only further enhance our ability to service our clients. They will fit seamlessly into our team, and we could not be more excited to welcome them," said Laurinda Martins, partner and co-chair of Fried Frank's Real Estate Department.

"Adam, Christy and Wally are adept at guiding clients through every phase of their most critical projects, and their addition further strengthens our team's ability to deliver clients comprehensive, business-oriented and forward-thinking solutions," said Michael Werner, partner and co-chair of Fried Frank's Real Estate Department.

"We are ecstatic to join a premier firm and real estate practice that is well known for both its collaborative, interdisciplinary and business-oriented approach, and its warm and collegial culture. We look forward to leveraging Fried Frank's exceptional platform to further service our client base," said Adam.

This group's arrival adds to the strategic global growth of the firm's Real Estate Department, which recently welcomed David Evans and Roger Schofield as partners in the Department's Corporate Real Estate Practice in London.
