Public Notice of Approved Amendment to the WDEQ Industrial Siting Permit for the Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 Project; DEQ/ISC 24-03

Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on July 1, 2025 from TerraPower, LLC (Permittee) regarding the Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 Project in Lincoln County. The Permittee requested a change to Special Condition #19 of the above captioned permit. The request was granted.

Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 23-03 on July 10 and July 24, 2025. The Council issued the amendment on August 25, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
