Boise State recognizes Mental Health Month during the month of May. This year, the university joins Mental Health America to focus on a shared goal: Have more good days, together.
Having more good days together doesn't require ignoring challenges or pretending like everything is great. A good day doesn't have to mean happiness. A good day may include moments when a burden feels lighter after a conversation or when a small accomplishment boosts confidence. The definition of a good day varies from person to person.
Throughout May, campus activities will focus on creating moments of connection, joy and well-being.
