NewPoint Arranges $18.7 Million in FHA Financing for Assisted Living Facility in Suffolk County, NY

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY - (April 30, 2026) - NewPoint Real Estate Capital LLC ("NewPoint") has provided an $18.7 million FHA 223(f) loan to refinance a 108-unit assisted living facility located in Suffolk County, New York.

The 35-year fully-amortizing loan supports the refinancing of the existing capital structure while enhancing long-term cash flow predictability.

The financing was arranged by NewPoint President of Healthcare and FHA Lending, Erik Lindenauer.

"This transaction reflects the strength and reliability of FHA financing for stabilized healthcare assets, particularly in today's market environment," said Mr. Lindenauer. "We were able to deliver a long-term, fully-amortizing structure that aligns with the borrower's objectives while ensuring certainty of execution through the FHA program," he added.
