Upcoming overhead crosswalk light installation on McLeod Ave

Overhead flashing crosswalk lights are being installed at the crosswalks on McLeod Avenue by Kal Tire and near the Westridge Crescent intersection starting the week of June 15.

Crews will start with concrete work, followed by the installation of the crosswalk lights. All work is anticipated to be completed within two weeks, weather permitting.

Drivers and pedestrians should expect temporary lane and sidewalk closures on McLeod Ave during construction.
