Unlock the power of an outward mindset with training series this fall

Human Resources and Workforce Strategy will host the Arbinger Institute's "Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset" training, a program designed to strengthen leadership, enhance collaboration and build stronger team connections.

This training helps participants shift from an inward mindset, which focuses on self, to an outward mindset, which considers the needs, challenges and goals of others. This shift can improve performance, spark innovation, build accountability and trust, and equip teams to resolve differences more effectively.

Key outcomes include:

  • Understanding inward and outward mindsets
  • Moving from a self-focused inward mindset to an others-outward mindset
  • Clarifying roles and promoting accountability
  • Collaborating and resolving differences more effectively as a team
  • Influencing others to embrace change

Training highlights:

  • Four, in-person sessions (16 total hours)
  • Begins in October 2025
  • $325 per participant, including access to the training's digital ecosystem and two digital books: "The Outward Mindset" and "Leadership and Self-Deception"
  • Taught by Keith Quatraro, certified Arbinger Instructor and HR trainer.

Registration is available on the event webpage.
