Global law firm Dentons has advised Infracapital, the infrastructure equity investment arm of M&G Plc, on the sale of its 100 percent stake in Nexera to a consortium comprised of Orange Poland and APG Asset Management.
Nexera is a Polish wholesale fibre network operator, established to design, build and operate advanced fibre optic networks and broadband services across underserved regions of Poland. Under Infracapital's ownership, the company has built a wholesale, open-access network serving approximately 800,000 premises, including almost 2,000 schools, and has become the country's leading independent rural Fibre to the Home (FTTH) infrastructure operator.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
