On April 13, 2026, Southern Copper Corporation (the "Company") regrets to announce that Mr. Oscar Gonzalez Rocha, the Company's President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors, passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2026. The Company's Board of Directors intends to appoint a successor or interim Chief Executive Officer in the near future.
