O Presidente da República promulgou o decreto da Assembleia da República que reforça as penalizações decorrentes das infrações ao Decreto-Lei n.º 85/2020, de 13 de outubro, e estabelece a proibição dos maquinistas de desempenhar funções sob influência de álcool, estupefacientes ou substâncias psicotrópicas.
