Pleasant Grove, UT (June 27, 2025) - CCBank announced today the launch of its new agriculture lending group, expanding the bank's community lending program to meet the specialized capital needs of farmers, ranchers, and ag-related businesses in the Mountain West. The team is locally based in Spanish Fork, Utah, and is ready to serve the financing needs of the ag industry.
"Producers feed our families, protect open spaces, and anchor rural economies," said Matt Field, President of CCBank. "But they can't focus on their important role in our communities without reliable, affordable capital delivered by a community bank such as ours. Our ag lending group understands the agriculture industry, and we are pleased to offer industry-leading products and services along with national expertise. Our new ag lending team ensures that the know-how and important access to capital is delivered in a thoughtful, personalized way to this critical industry."
What the Program Delivers
"Most business loans assume predictable monthly income-farm income is anything but predictable," noted Kevin Staley, Senior Vice President of Ag Lending at CCBank. "Our ag team blends revolving lines, term debt, equipment notes, real-estate financing, and USDA-FSA guarantees into packages that ride out weather shocks and commodity swings. When a producer's year might hang on a single harvest window, those details matter."
Our ag lending group specializes in delivering the following:
▪ Ag Operating Loans - Short and long-term working capital, FSA Guaranteed loans, and operating lines for seed, feed, and inputs.
▪ Farm and Ranch Expansion - Real Estate acquisition for agricultural use, farm expansion and improvement projects, and cattle and livestock financing.
▪ Ag Equipment Loans - New or used machinery, facility upgrades, vehicles and specialized ag equipment.
A Team that Speaks Ag
CCBank built out the ag lending group around five professionals who are deeply knowledgeable of the local ag community:
▪ Kevin Staley, Senior Vice President of Ag Lending - Kevin has steered ag-lending teams for the past eight years of his 16-year banking career, overseeing double-digit portfolio growth. He is excellent at structuring complex ag deals, including helping customers navigate through the FSA program and its favorable terms. Kevin takes pride in knowing each customer's operation and learning how to best help them.
▪ Zane Evans, VP Ag Specialist - Zane has over 25 years of banking experience in commercial and ag lending. He has deep roots in Spanish Fork, Utah, and farms on his family farm in southern Utah County. Zane's deep industry knowledge and relationships with multiple FSA agents directly benefit each customer seeking financing.
▪ Joe Butler, VP Ag Specialist - Joe has five years of banking experience and is a local rodeo celebrity. Joe has been a PRCA bullfighter for 23 years and has worked the Spanish Fork Fiesta Days and Pleasant Grove Strawberry Days rodeos-to name just a few in Utah. He started as an inspector and is currently an ag specialist. Joe has extensive knowledge in the cattle industry and even runs a small cow herd on the side. Joe is excellent with customers and isn't afraid to get his trailer and help a customer gather and brand calves in the spring.
▪ Haze Osborn, VP Senior Ag Underwriter - Haze is an experienced underwriter with over 13 years of banking experience, eight of which focused on commercial and ag underwriting. Haze excels at structuring complex ag operations and is excellent with ag customers. He has deep knowledge of FSA programs and can work with FSA agents to obtain guaranteed loans to help ag customers with favorable terms for their financing needs.
▪ Molly Banks, Ag Loan Assistant - Molly has over 25 years of banking experience, including an extensive background as a lending assistant for commercial, SBA, and ag loans. She understands the complexity of agriculture documentation and is proficient in ensuring accuracy. Molly is excellent with customers and helps with any needs they might have.
Without a doubt, our agriculture industry fuels prosperity. By streamlining the lending process and extending terms that align with production cycles, CCBank's ag lending group is here to keep this vital industry strong and keep our farmers, ranchers, and ag-related businesses healthy with access to the working capital they need for their operations.
