Qualifying holding of Massachusetts Financial Services Company

On 13 March 2026, Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS) notified the Company that, on 3 March 2026, it decreased its indirect holdings in Galp's voting rights to 4.90%, below the 5.0% threshold.
