Spotlight Series: Alisha Waring

We're excited to spotlight Alisha Waring, SHRM-SCP, PHR, our Vice President of Human Resources, who has been with U.S. Energy for four years and leads the organization's human capital strategy across policy, talent, and culture.

Looking ahead, Alisha is encouraged by the continued momentum U.S. Energy is building and is excited to see how the strong foundation of culture and collaboration fuels the company's ability to execute on strategic growth initiatives.

She draws her greatest inspiration from her parents, who instilled in her the importance of perseverance, staying committed-even when the path isn't easy-and leading with intention. That perspective has stayed with her throughout her career and continues to shape her leadership style.

We are so grateful for the individuals who make U.S. Energy what it is and for leaders like Alisha who guide our teams forward and help drive what's next.
