ICBA Names Justin Dunmyer as SVP, Innovation & Product Strategy

Washington, D.C. (Dec. 18, 2025)-The Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) announced today that Justin Dunmyer has joined as senior vice president of innovation and product strategy. In this role he will help shape future innovation programing that helps community banks thrive in an increasingly digital environment. Dunmyer will also oversee ICBA ThinkTECH Programing and collaborate with community bank leaders to support their innovation journeys.

"Justin's experience as a community banker and former member of ICBA's selection committee uniquely positions him to guide our innovation efforts," ICBA Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer Wayne Miller said. "His perspective will be invaluable as we continue developing solutions that strengthen community banks' competitiveness and operational effectiveness."

Dunmyer brings more than a decade of experience in community banking, most recently serving as chief digital officer at Citizens State Bank in New Castle, Ind., where he led digital strategy, execution, and innovation initiatives. His work aligned data, technology, and communication strategies to achieve organizational goals. Prior to his banking career, Dunmyer founded several businesses across multiple industries, fueling his passion for innovation and delivering solutions that deliver lasting value.

He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Ball State University, an MBA from Anderson University, and completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
