Dallas, TX - February 2, 2026 - Firehawk Aerospace, a defense technology leader specializing in advanced energetics and propulsion, today announced the appointment of Abdul Subhani, CEO of Centex Technologies, as Chair of its Board of Advisors. The appointment reflects Firehawk's continued focus on disciplined growth and strengthening resilient domestic supply chains as the company expands production of next-generation propulsion technologies.

In this role, Subhani will lead Firehawk's advisory board, providing strategic guidance on long-term growth, ecosystem partnerships, and innovation priorities as the company advances from rapid prototyping to scaled production of additive-manufactured propulsion systems.
Subhani is a technology executive, investor, and advisor with deep experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and innovation at scale. He is the Founder and CEO of Centex Technologies, a Texas-based IT and cybersecurity firm supporting government and defense clients. Subhani also serves as the Distinguished Chair of Innovation at the United States Military Academy, where he advises on innovation strategy, emerging technology, and leadership development. His experience across government, defense, and academia positions him to provide valuable strategic perspective as Firehawk scales advanced propulsion manufacturing capabilities.

In addition to Subhani's appointment, Firehawk announced that Kevin Schoonover has joined the Board of Advisors, bringing decades of leadership experience across missile systems, defense programs, and aerospace manufacturing. Schoonover is Executive Vice President of Missiles at Hanwha Defense USA, where he leads business development and program execution for the company's missile portfolio. He previously served as Vice President of Defense Programs at Karman Space & Defense and held senior roles at Kratos Defense, Raytheon, and Orbital ATK.
