ARTISAN Management Group Expands to Kansas and Missouri

ARTISAN Capital Group ("ACG") is pleased to announce that its property management vertical, ARTISAN Management Group ("AMG"), has expanded to Kansas and Missouri. AMG took over the management of ACG's Kansas City and Lawrence assets as of April 1^st. This new expansion has allowed for 15 new team members to join the ARTISAN family including a new regional manager located in Kansas City. "AMG's expansion into these markets sets the foundation for AMG to grow with ACG in these markets as well as other regional markets such as Omaha and St. Louis.", said Mike Perry, Partner of ACG. AMG's corporate offices are located in Des Moines, Iowa where it shares space with ACG's regional office. AMG currently manages over 4,500+ units across the Midwest.
