The local public hearing is scheduled as follows:
September 22 - Kansas City. Knights of Columbus Hall, 5101 Blue Ridge Cutoff.
The hearing starts at 6 p.m., beginning with a public information/question-and-answer session followed by the Commission receiving testimony from the public. In order to ensure broad participation and the ability for every citizen to offer comments, comments may be time-limited.

On August 6, 2025, Raytown Water Company filed a water rate case with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to increase annual water operating revenues by approximately $1.2 million. The Raytown Water Company serves approximately 6,700 customers in and around Raytown, Missouri.
