This summer, Jae Fioribello '28 turned their passion for the arts into professional experience through an internship at Central Square Theater in Cambridge, Massachusetts. A theater arts major with plans to declare additional majors in film, television and interactive media and creative writing, Fioribello gained hands-on skills in grant writing, program development and arts management - building a bridge between creative pursuits and real-world application.
"Internships are something that every college student should take advantage of. You can get high-level work, really good experience without having your degree and build your resume in order to make sure you can get hired in the future."

Fioribello meets with colleagues at the Central Square Theater, where they assist with the search for grants and funding, create literature for the theater's youth programs and more.
