Innovative Defense Technologies LLC,* Arlington, Virginia, is awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee completion type contract for a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase III effort entitled, "Paladin." This contract provides for conducting advanced Automated Test and Re-Test (ATRT) SBIR enterprise capabilities and advanced ATRT technology development to assist in the execution of the Navy's ATRT Commercialization Plan into Programs of Record. This includes applying ATRT technologies to conduct advanced test and evaluation of artificial intelligence (AI) applications from traditional and nontraditional companies prior to adoption into Navy programs. It further includes modifying and advancing ATRT technologies and products by incorporating AI. This may include partnering with AI companies to incorporate their algorithms, data models and applications into the ATRT environment. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, and is expected to be completed in May 2028. If options are exercised, work could continue to May 2031. The total cumulative value of this contract, including a 24-month base period and three 12-month option periods, is $96,269,982.
