Lowenstein Selected as Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Salad and Go Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

Lowenstein Sandler's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of And Go Concepts, LLC dba Salad and Go, a drive-thru salad concept with 140 stores across Texas and the Southwest. Salad and Go filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The company reports between $500 million to $1 billion in both assets and liabilities.
