New General Order - Individual Chapter 11 Motion for Discharge

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of North Dakota issued a General Order, dated April 20, 2026, adopting a new Local Form titled "Individual Chapter 11 Debtor Motion for Discharge."
Effective April 1, 2026, individual Chapter 11 debtors seeking a discharge must use this new Local Form. Both the General Order and the form are available on the Court's website at https://www.ndb.uscourts.gov.
