Center for Parkinson’s Disease Care Partner Symposium

Stony Brook Southampton Hospital's Center for Parkinson's Disease is presenting a "Care Partner Symposium" on Saturday, November 8 at Stony Brook Southampton.

The event, "A Day to Connect, Learn and Recharge," will take place from 9:30 am to 3 pm at Chancellors Hall on the Stony Brook Southampton campus.

The one-day symposium is designed specifically for care partners of people living with Parkinson's disease. It will include:

  • Educational lectures from Parkinson's experts
  • Relaxing services to support your well-being
  • Catered, light breakfast and lunch
  • Opportunities to connect, share and reset

The event is hosted by Stony Brook Southampton Hospital's Center for Parkinson's Disease and Stony Brook's School of Health Professions, and co-sponsored by the American Parkinson's Disease Association. Itis offered at no charge, thanks to support from the American Parkinson Disease Association, and includes in-home caregiver assistance if needed.
