The Baltic Sea Region Youth Forum (BSRYF), in cooperation with the CBSS, is inviting young people from across the region to become part of its Youth Working Groups for the 2026/2027 term and contribute to a better Baltic Sea Region.
The Working Groups bring together motivated young people from across the CBSS Member States to explore issues shaping the region's future, exchange ideas and perspectives, engage with experts and policymakers, and turn youth voices into concrete action.
Whether you are passionate about climate action, democracy and digitalisation, energy, security, finance, artificial intelligence or youth participation, the Working Groups offer an opportunity to learn, connect and contribute to real change in the Baltic Sea Region.

BSRYF Working Groups provide a space for young people to contribute actively to regional cooperation and policymaking. The Working Groups also offer an opportunity to build an international network and connect with young people who share an interest in the future of the Baltic Sea Region.
"No matter your background or previous experience, your ideas and perspectives matter. The Working Groups are a space to learn from others, develop new skills and contribute to issues that affect young people and communities across the region," says Aline Mayr, CBSS Policy Officer for Youth.
The new Working Group term will run from September 2026 until the end of June 2027. Members are expected to actively participate in online meetings, collaborate with their peers and experts, and contribute to the work and outputs of their respective groups. The expected commitment is approximately 1-2 hours per week.
