SEATTLE - Bridge33 Capital, a growing commercial real estate investment firm, announced the final closing of Bridge33 Real Estate Partners II LP, a $220 million discretionary fund dedicated to value add real estate investments across the U.S.

SEATTLE - Bridge33 Capital, a growing commercial real estate investment firm, announced the final closing of Bridge33 Real Estate Partners II LP, a $220 million discretionary fund dedicated to value add real estate investments across the U.S.

Bridge33 Real Estate Partners II LP received strong backing from a diverse group of new and existing investors, including visionaries and leaders in the fields of real estate, finance, venture capital, technology, energy, science, conservation, medicine and e-commerce.

Since 2013, Bridge33 has acquired ~$375MM (3.8 million SF) of retail and office properties in 17 states primarily from CMBS special servicers. Upon acquisition, Bridge33's vertically-integrated operating platform emphasizes intense asset and property management to create value on those investments.
