Gentoo Media - Notification of transaction

MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna, an entity related to Mateusz Juroszek, Board of Directors Member and primary insider of Gentoo Media Inc., has today acquired a nominal value of EUR 500,000 in Gentoo Media's EUR tranche bond at a price of 98.80.

After this transaction, Mateusz Juroszek and close associates of Mateusz Juroszek hold an aggregate of EUR 4,500,000 in nominal value of the above bond.
