WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 1, 2026) - Operation Clean Sweep®, a globally recognized stewardship program jointly administered by the Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS) and the American Chemistry Council (ACC), today announced that Lisa Kendrick, Plastics Director at ExxonMobil, will serve as the keynote speaker for OCS CON 2026, the premier industry conference dedicated to plastic resin loss prevention.
Kendrick's keynote, 'Advancing Resin Loss Prevention Through Ownership and Action,' will kick off the conference on October 15 at 8:40 a.m. During the opening session, she will empower attendees to think beyond compliance-driven action and embrace a culture of leadership, innovation and shared accountability in pursuit of achieving zero plastic resin loss.
"We're thrilled to welcome Lisa Kendrick to OCS CON 2026," said Patrick Krieger, senior vice president of sustainability and policy at PLASTICS. "Her perspective challenges companies to move beyond simply meeting expectations and instead toward bold leadership and innovation that accelerates meaningful progress. That's exactly the type of leadership and collaboration OCS CON is designed to inspire."
"We look forward to welcoming Lisa Kendrick as our keynote speaker this year," said Adam Peer, senior director of plastics sustainability at the American Chemistry Council. "Resin loss prevention is an environmental responsibility for our industry and collaborative efforts like OCS are key to keeping the momentum going as we work toward zero resin loss."
Kendrick brings decades of experience leading manufacturing, operations, strategy and commercial teams across the company's global chemicals and fuels businesses. Having held technical, business and executive leadership roles throughout the United States and Europe, she offers a unique perspective on driving operational excellence, organizational change and industry collaboration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
Hosted annually by Operation Clean Sweep, OCS CON brings together companies from across the plastics value chain-from material suppliers and processors to logistics providers and rail operators-to share practical solutions to keep plastic resin out of the environment and in the circular economy. Through peer-led discussions, case studies, technology demonstrations, facility tours and collaborative workshops, attendees gain actionable insights they can implement throughout their operations.
OCS CON focuses on turning commitment into measurable action by equipping companies with the tools, partnerships and strategies needed to continuously improve resin handling practices at scale.
OCS CON 2026 will take place October 14-16, 2026, in Houston, Texas. For more information and to register, please visit: https://ocscon.org/.
