Improved Windows Support Removes a Key Developer Barrier

neuralSPOT v1.3.0 makes LiteRT (formerly Google's TensorFlow Lite) optional within AutoDeploy, neuralSPOT's built-in AI model profiling and deployment tool. This removes a Windows dependency limitation and enables AutoDeploy to run seamlessly in Windows-based development environments, increasing accessibility and flexibility for embedded AI developers.
