NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE ALASKA BOARD OF CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS (2 of 2)
On November 18, 2025, the Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers adopted regulations in Title 12, Chapter 70 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern continuing education, initial certification, approval processes for education providers, requirements for AMC annual reports, and definitions.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on November 26, 2025, and are effective on January 1, 2026. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 256, January 2026, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
