Held under the theme "Winning with Digital", the course invited leading national executives and digital gurus to share their insights and practical experiences, highlighting new opportunities for entrepreneurs to overcome challenges through innovation and AI technology in a sustainable and efficient way.

Mr. Chartsiri Sophonpanich President, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited said Bangkok Bank has organized The Big Blue Ocean Season 4 under the concept of "Winning with Digital" to support entrepreneurs in effectively adapting to the digital era. The course provided updates on digital tools designed to enhance business operations, with executives and experts from various fields sharing their first-hand experiences. In addition, the Bank intended the course to serve as a platform for exchanging ideas and practical experiences among participants, fostering a network of cooperation and mutual support so they can confidently step into the world of digital transformation. The heart of organizational change is not only about having a strong strategic plan or investing in cutting-edge technology. It is also about the ability to continuously adapt, learning from both successes and mistakes, and applying those lessons within the organization's unique context. Change is not a one-time event, but a process that requires commitment, learning and regular adaptation.

"It is gratifying that this course brings together business leaders, young business heirs and senior executives from various industries, who are driving organizations into the digital era, to join and learn together. I believe this is a great opportunity to build a valuable network, exchange ideas among leading entrepreneurs and learn how to enhance potential from experts. The Bank is ready to support all businesses in their important transformation journey following its commitment to be a 'trusted partner and reliable close friend', fully supporting the growth of the business sector by providing advice, knowledge, and loans to ensure a smooth organizational and digital transformation. This will help all businesses become leaders in the digital market with stability," said Mr. Chartsiri.

Mr. Thossaporn Petporee Board Member of Axon Technology (a subsidiary of CPF), delivered an inspiring keynote on "Thriving in the Age of Intelligence Transformation" at the launch of the program. He highlighted four key challenges the business sector is currently facing, particularly SME: 1) Competitive disadvantage against large enterprises with greater capital resources 2) Limited access to technology and a shortage of in-house tech experts 3) Know-how residing with individuals and lacking systematic documentation and 4) Insufficient new knowledge essential for business growth. These challenges can be effectively overcome through the adoption of digital technology and AI. Now it is the perfect time for digital transformation as today's technology and innovations offer more options, greater precision, and user-friendly solutions which significantly reduce both cost and implementation time compared to just 3-4 years ago.

"Business transformation should begin now because any further delay will expose businesses to risks and lost competitive opportunities". He went on to share the proactive journey that CPF began post-Covid-19, by integrating AI into farm management operations. AI has been used to collect data, detect anomalies, and enhance data quality while also fostering a learning community by encouraging monthly case-sharing sessions. This initiative has expanded AI usage from farm teams to sales and accounting departments. "This is a clear signal that AI can become a core driver of business success," said Mr. Thossaporn

The Big Blue Ocean Season 4 offers a robust curriculum focused on Digital Transformation, featuring more than 20 exclusive speakers who share their insights and experiences through engaging topics over 11 weeks, including: Ms. Duangdao Mahanavanont, CEO of Sabina PCL, on Leadership in the Digital Era, Mr. Ekaraj Panjavinin, Chief Digital Officer and (Acting) Chief Business Officer at True Corporation, on Reimagine Digital Transformation: Building an AI-First Organization, Mr. Axel Winter, CEO of Xponential Co., Ltd., on Agile and Team Capability Development and Mr. Pochara Arayakarnkul, CEO of Bluebik Group PCL, on Change Management and Organization Alignment in the Age of AI.
