The Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) stated today that as of 8 October 2026, a new digital service has been introduced in the Media Register maintained by the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA), allowing applications to be submitted electronically through the SBRA eServices Portal.
To mark the launch of the service, Acting Director of the Serbian Business Registers Agency Bojana Stojmenović and Acting Director of the Public Policy Secretariat Dušan Kuzmanović met at the SBRA to formally complete the handover of the services developed under the project to upgrade the existing Media Register information system.
This activity is part of the "Digitalisation of the Business Environment in Serbia (D4BE)" project, implemented by the Public Policy Secretariat of the Republic of Serbia, with financial support from the European Union and operational support from the World Bank.
The project has fully digitised all 17 administrative procedures carried out within the Media Register. It has also upgraded the existing application into a modern, efficient digital service that streamlines business processes and data registration for internal users, while providing external users with faster, simpler, and more accessible digital services.
The new information system meets modern eGovernment standards in both technological and functional terms and enables integration with the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications' Unified Information System.
To make the new digital service easier to use, the Serbian Business Registers Agency has also prepared online user guides, which are available on its website.
