On behalf of the American people, U.S. President Donald J. Trump extends sincere congratulations to Lithuania on the 108th anniversary of the restoration of the state. "I commend Lithuania's commitment to leading the Alliance in defense spending as a percentage of GDP. The United States is also grateful for Lithuania's generous offer to cover the full costs of all rotational U.S. forces. Additionally, your steadfast cooperation with the United States on issues related to Belarus and China is highly valued," the U.S. President wrote in his message, inviting President Nausėda to continue strengthening the partnership.

Polish President Karol Nawrocki extends congratulations to Lithuanian society and his best wishes for continued success. "I am glad that Poland and Lithuania speak with one voice on many issues. We are making joint efforts to ensure the security of the eastern border of the EU and NATO, and we are also fighting hybrid threats. We understand that the fight against aggressors requires significant investments in security, and our countries are among the leaders in increasing defense spending. We are also united by ambitious transport and energy projects that bring tangible benefits to our citizens and contribute to eliminating threats to stability in the region," the Polish leader writes in his message of congratulations.

German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier also extends his sincere congratulations. "With the deployment of the Bundeswehr brigade in your country, our long-standing close and friendly relations are becoming even closer. I am very pleased that Lithuanians have welcomed our Bundeswehr soldiers and their families with open arms. Together, we are actively advocating for a strong defense of NATO's eastern flank and, thus, for a free and democratic Europe," the German leader writes in his letter.

French President Emmanuel Macron sincerely congratulates all the people of Lithuania. "Our shared vision is reflected in our unwavering support for Ukraine, which has experienced Russian military aggression, and in the importance we attach to the principles of statehood and territorial integrity enshrined in international law. I thank you for your support for the Coalition of the Willing. Your commitment reflects a strategic closeness that I wish to maintain and consolidate, including in order to strengthen Europe's security and defense in the face of the upheavals of recent months," the French leader writes in his letter.
