16 March 2026On March 16, 2026 the Chargé d'Affaires a.i of the Republic of Belarus to the Kingdom of Spain, Sergei Balashchenko, met with the Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism), ShпїЅikha Al NпїЅwais.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the current state and prospects for the development of cooperation between Belarus and the Organization, within the context of the ongoing reform of the tourism management system in our country.
The parties noted a mutual interest in expanding cooperation in the field of sustainable tourism, in accordance with the goals and approaches of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
