CER places particular emphasis on safeguarding train drivers' working conditions, which are essential to operational safety, workforce well-being and the overall reliability of the rail network.
This position paper sets out CER's perspective in response to the European Commission's request on the Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI) concerning digital systems monitoring working time and resting periods for Train Drivers.
