Introducing Crafted: Our New Hotel and Members’ Club Brand Rooted in Nature, Creativity, and Modern Living

Limestone Capital is proud to officially announce the launch of Crafted - a new lifestyle hotel and members' club brand, incubated by Limestone Capital in collaboration with hospitality entrepreneur and co-founder Chris King.

The debut property Crafted at Powdermills will open later this year in East Sussex, just 70 minutes from London, thoughtfully designed as a sanctuary for creativity, connection, and nature-led living. The estate has 55 rooms and suites and is set around a seven-acre private lake, surrounded by ancient woodland and wildflower fields. It will feature its own pub and restaurant inspired by seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, alongside a Craft Barn, Art Studio, wellness facilities, members' club, and three private cottages.

Crafted is Limestone's latest addition of bold and differentiated concepts, aligned with our strategy of building founder-led platforms that stand out in today's evolving hospitality landscape. The brand is nature-first, creatively charged, and thoughtfully designed for balancing modern lives - a concept that complements our existing portfolio of Aethos, LOISIUM, Voaara, and Anagram, while bringing something entirely new to the table.
