Public Notice – Notice of FONSI and NOI-RROF for Cleveland West Veterans

In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Ohio Department of Development, City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County's Environmental Review of Cleveland West Veterans is now available for public comment. The City of Cleveland is a signatory to this ER on behalf of the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). The following project has been reviewed and is requesting public comment and the Request for Release of Funds:

Cleveland West Veterans at the intersection of West 73rd Street and Neville Avenue, will produce a supportive housing development containing 62 housing units.

The estimated total cost of the project is $21,170,152 and will include $1.0 million of Ohio Department of Development funds, $1.0 million of Cuyahoga County funds, and $15.35 million of CMHA vouchers.

This project is housed in the City's Bureau of Housing Development, the Ohio Department of Development, the Cuyahoga County Office of Housing and Community Development, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority.
