Sanchez, the company first sergeant of Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, Recruit Training Regiment, and senior drill instructors from Fox Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, Recruit Training Regiment, deliver speeches at the beginning and end of their respective recruit training cycles on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., Sept. 5, 2026.
