Principals and Fellows

The Council of Principals and Fellows (CPF) acknowledges significant achievements and leadership within the Technology Center of Excellence (CoE). This esteemed group of 18 members includes Corporate Fellows, Research Fellows, and top-level Principal Scientists and Engineers on the Technical Career Path (TCP). With a combined 507 years of experience in silicones, their individual and collective contributions and knowledge sharing have been essential to our organization's success.

The council was initiated by Thanos Yiagopoulos, Chief Technology Officer, who in 2016 requested Kenrick Lewis, Distinguished Corporate Fellow, to create a charter for the council, which was formally established in early 2017. Today, the CPF is an integral part of Momentive's culture. "Our aim was to establish a group of professionals who could focus on promoting technical excellence, supporting career development, and fostering innovation, safety, and alignment with business goals," states Thanos. "Their contributions to date have truly positively impacted sustainable growth across our many segments and businesses."
