Directive on the special decision on the execution of transactions (operations) with shares in Metalloinvest Holding Company
In accordance with Paragraph 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the Presidential directive has authorised the execution of transactions (operations) that directly and/or indirectly entail the establishment, modification, termination, or encumbrance of the rights of ownership, use, and/or disposal of shares of Metalloinvest Holding Company.
The execution of such transactions and operations does not require obtaining other licenses, decisions, consents, approvals, or other permits stipulated by Russian legislation.
