Waivers can be completed online in advance through the City of Evansville website or on-site at the event. Admission is $1, with all proceeds benefiting Feed Evansville's efforts to support local families in need.
"At SIMA, we believe Midnight Basketball is a timely and impactful initiative for our youth, said Keion Boyde, President, SIMA. "We commend the Mayor and her team for creating a safe, positive environment where young people can connect, compete, and grow. Southern Indiana Mentoring Academy is proud to be part of this groundbreaking event."
Midnight Basketball advances Mayor Terry's commitment to youth development-one of the key pillars of her administration's strategic priorities-by expanding safe, structured evening programming for young people in Evansville and supporting community efforts to prevent youth violence.
