More Than Two Decades of Growth

As Access Capital celebrates its 40th anniversary, we are especially grateful for the opportunity to recognize the businesses and entrepreneurs whose journeys we have been privileged to support. This October marks five years of partnership with SASR Workforce Solutions, and an opportunity to celebrate an even greater milestone: more than two decades of SASR connecting great people with great companies.

Founded in 2003, SASR has grown into a nationwide workforce solutions provider supporting the evolving needs of the retail industry. Today, the company provides experienced teams and operational support for initiatives ranging from remodels and new store openings to fixture installations, merchandising, resets, and other large-scale retail projects. At the heart of SASR's approach is a mission to "connect great people to great companies to deliver great work."

Access Capital's relationship with SASR began in 2021 and has evolved alongside the company. When SASR underwent an important ownership transition, Access Capital worked with its leadership to structure financing that supported the transaction and the company's longer-term strategy. Five years into our relationship, we are proud to continue supporting a company that has spent more than 20 years building its own legacy in the workforce solutions industry.
