Worth metroplex based private equity firm, is proud to announce the acquisition of 100% of the Mexico-based manufacturing assets of Bulk Tank International from Bulk Resources, Inc. by Walker Group Holdings LLC, an Insight Equity portfolio company. Bulk Tank is one of North America's leading manufacturer of stainless steel tank trailers for the chemical and food grade industries.
