OHIO, Sept. 1, 2026 -
Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of the Spectrum Eye Care Portfolio, a medical office portfolio located in Findlay and Lima, Ohio. The portfolio sold for $8.1 million.
"The portfolio's combination of modern medical office assets, diversified healthcare tenancy and long-term occupancy generated strong investor interest," said Christopher Mitchel, senior director investments. "The presence of established healthcare providers and triple-net lease structures made this a compelling investment opportunity."
Mitchel, Billy Skoch, Kobe Gaskin and Abby Kalniz, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Cleveland and Columbus offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a physician owner. Ryan E. Moore, senior director in the firm's Cleveland office, represented the buyer, an Ohio-based family office.
The portfolio consists of a four-tenant medical office building located at 15840 Medical Drive South in Findlay and a single-tenant facility located at 2300 Baton Rouge Ave. in Lima. Tenants in the portfolio include Spectrum Eye Care, Blanchard Valley Health System, DeClerck Family Dental and Retina Vitreous Associates, which is owned by CEI Vision Partners. The properties total more than 32,000 square feet and were developed in 2006, with the Lima property renovated in 2017.
