Dentons Link Legal welcomes Ananda Malhotra as Partner in its Corporate Practice

Dentons Link Legal has strengthened its Corporate practice with the addition of Ananda Malhotra as Partner, based in the Firm's Delhi/Gurgaon office. Ananda will focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences (LSH) and IT/ITES, two sectors that remain central to the Firm's growth strategy.

Ananda is a senior corporate lawyer with over 17 years of post-qualification experience, advising on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and corporate restructurings. She is widely trusted by clients for her ability to structure and execute transactions in highly regulated and innovation-driven sectors, particularly pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, technology, and technology-enabled services.

In addition to her core sector focus, Ananda has advised on transactions across energy, financial services, electric vehicles, media and entertainment, and mining, giving her a broad commercial lens across industries.

Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Ananda was a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, where she advised multinational corporations, Indian corporates, investment funds, and wealth platforms on high-value and strategically significant transactions. Her experience spans transaction structuring, overall deal management, foreign direct investment advisory, and navigating complex regulatory and compliance frameworks, particularly in the healthcare, life sciences, and technology spaces.
