Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) has recognised the outstanding achievements of its national dealer network, honouring top-performing dealerships at its annual Dealer of the Year Awards, following a year defined by significant change and shifting market dynamics.

Against a backdrop of softer market conditions and the introduction of Isuzu's all-new model line-up, the brand's dealers once again demonstrated their unwavering commitment to customer service and aftersales support.

Excellence recognised

With more than 70 dealer sites nationwide, Isuzu's network continues to deliver an industry-leading approach across sales, service and parts, ensuring Australian truck customers remain supported at every stage of the ownership journey.

Held this year on the Gold Coast, Isuzu's 2025 Dealer of the Year Awards recognise excellence across all areas of dealership operations, including new vehicle sales, customer care, staff training, inventory management, service performance and parts support.

Each category contributes to the overall Dealer of the Year title, with metro and regional dealerships judged equally, ensuring a level playing field across the national network.
