AllianceBernstein Bolsters Municipal Platform with New Hires

NASHVILLE, Tenn., December 4, 2025 -- AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (NYSE: AB) and AllianceBernstein L.P. ("AB"), a leading global investment management firm, announced a strategic investment in their municipal platform with the addition of four municipal credit special situations analysts.

Ramiro Albarran, John Dinan, Chad Ohlendorf and Madeleine Rehfeld (Winges) bring over 50 years of combined industry experience in municipal project finance transactions. In their new roles, the team partners closely with AB's municipal portfolio management, trading and credit research teams to identify new investment opportunities in the high yield municipal market. They were most recently part of the municipal origination team at Preston Hollow Community Capital, which originates, owns and manages municipal finance transactions.

AB's Municipal Platform has grown significantly since 2015, more than doubling its AUM from $35 billion to over $86 billion as of Q3 2025.
