Four All-New Programs Set to Premiere on Monday, July 6, Starting at 7 p.m. ET
DENVER (July 6, 2026) - Outdoor Channel, Presented by Canik, celebrates the harvest every Monday starting at 7 p.m. on the "Taste of the Wild" block, taking viewers on a culinary tour guaranteed to inspire new outdoor adventures and to instill a deeper appreciation for the wholesome possibilities that wild game and fish present in the kitchen. This month's outstanding lineup features four all-new programs, including Wild Fish Masterclass, taught by Michelin-recognized Chef Mike Robinson; Feast By Fire, with live-fire cook and meat expert Jess Pryles of "Hardcore Carnivore" fame; MeatEater Roasts, which introduces competitive cooking direct from the MeatEater kitchen; and Gone Again with Carter Andrews, a show that explores fishing destinations around the world and spotlights why those places are so special and need to be protected for future generations. Fan-favorite The Fishmonger rounds out the very best night of cooking shows anywhere.

Wild Fish Masterclass - 7:00 p.m. ET: Award winning English restaurateur, fisherman and hunter-gatherer Mike Robinson is one of Britain's most prominent game chefs, and he co-owns the only pub in Britain with a prestigious Michelin-star. Wild Fish Masterclass is a step- by-step guide to cooking amazing restaurant-style fish dishes from start to finish. Robinson cooks in easy to follow stages in his kitchen at his famous restaurant, The Woodsman. With the help of fellow chefs, Robinson also shares the professional methods and useful tips to help viewers elevate their cooking of wild fish dishes at home. In the first episode of this month, Robinson and Chef Jon prepare "Spiced Cod with Chicken Butter Sauce."

Feast By Fire - 7:30 p.m. ET: This all-new series follows internationally renowned ""Hardcore Carnivore"" Jess Pryles on a road trip across the Lone Star State, uncovering the untold stories behind Texas' greatest grillers and pitmasters. In each episode, Jess traverses the state, exploring a different Barbecue establishment, from Michelin-starred restaurants in Austin to a Fort Hood food truck with a penchant for something sweet. Along the way, Jess Pryles meets local legends, backyard BBQ kings and unsung heroes of live-fire cooking. In this week's premiere episode, "Fire & Fat," Pryles travels to Burnt Bean Company in Seguin, where pork chops get the full BBQ treatment, then she heads home to make her own version and reveal how to keep chops juicy while building flavor and nailing that perfect finish on a cut of meat anyone can find.
MeatEater Roasts - 8 p.m. ET: MeatEater's cooking competition show, MeatEater Roasts pits two ordinary wild game cooks against each other in the kitchen while more seasoned wild game cooks and chefs encourage and judge their cooking. Each episode features an unknown wild game cut that the contestants will have a limited amount of time to make into the best meal they know how. In the premiere episode, "Moose Showdown with Cory and Seth," Seth Morris takes on Cory Calkins with a wild game cook-off in the MeatEater kitchen.
The Fishmonger - 8:30 p.m. ET: Host Tommy Gomes is a 4th generation commercial fisherman who is on a coastal journey to connect with the men and women who put the best seafood on American dinner tables. Gomes joins Michelin star chefs and others who are passionate about making the most of their catch. In the first episode this month, "Air Station Sitka," Gomes is in for the ride of his life when he tags along with the United States Coast Guard for a training mission in Sitka, Alaska.
Gone Again with Carter Andrews - 9 p.m. ET: Host Carter Andrews explores the world one fishing destination at a time in pursuit of the most exciting and challenging game fish, all the while highlighting the region's history, traditions and cuisine, and emphasizing the importance of protecting and preserving all aspects of the experience for future generations. In the premiere episode, "Gone to Quebec," Carter Andrews heads north for an unforgettable fishing adventure for Atlantic salmon on the legendary Cascapédia River, and for striped bass in Quebec waters, while discovering local destinations and learning about the history, culture and natural beauty that makes the province so special.
