City of Columbia offices will be closed Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.
opens in a new windowGo COMO, Columbia's public transit system, will not operate. The City will also suspend parking enforcement on May 25.
The City's Activity and Recreation Center (ARC) will operate at reduced hours on Monday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Rec swim will be available from noon to 2:30 p.m. The Albert-Oakland Family Aquatic Center will be open from noon to 5 p.m.
Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services will close its offices on May 25. Regular business hours will resume on May 26.
Although the City will close the administrative offices for both the police and fire departments, all other emergency services will be available. The Columbia Police Department urges residents to drive safely, unimpaired and within posted speed limits if community members are traveling for the holiday.
