Thursday, October 22, 2026

The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is experiencing a national disruption that temporarily prevents the Court from serving notices and orders. Therefore, the Court has issued D. Kan. General Order 2026-2 to designate parties who are temporarily responsible for serving the various court-issued notices and orders until the BNC disruption has concluded.

Parties are reminded that the schedule for 341 meetings and court hearings is available at https://ecf.ksb.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/PublicCalendar.pl.

Court records are also available at https://pacer.uscourts.gov and in the Clerk's Office lobbies.
