Roadwork Update: Eastland Drive and St. Joseph Drive Milling Scheduled to Start

BLOOMINGTON, IL - Initial roadway milling operations are scheduled to occur beginning the week of Monday, June 8, 2026, along Eastland Drive, from Regency Drive to Hershey Road, and St. Joseph Drive, from Washington Street to Eastland Drive. This construction operation should be completed by Friday, June 12, 2026. Roadwork project schedules may change depending on weather and other factors.

This stage of the project will involve milling asphalt from the streets. During construction, traffic will be permitted throughout the area, but it will be impacted by construction operations. The contractor will be staging operations to help maintain access.
