What's New at Tava Health: Q3 2026 Product Update

We've made updates built to save providers time on documentation and scheduling, remove barriers to growing their caseload, and expand care options for clients.

A Faster Path to Full Caseload

When providers are ready to make the move to Tava, they should be able to do so right away. We simplified the provider sign-up experience to remove any confusion or redundant steps to getting up and running. With faster credentialing and immediate referral eligibility, providers can grow their caseload on Tava from day one.

Improved Documentation

If a client reports that a session didn't go as expected, providers can see their report at the top of the session note. Providers can confirm the client's account or add additional details of what happened, so nothing is left unresolved.

Straightforward Scheduling

When scheduling a client on a phone or tablet, providers can now view all necessary tasks that may be in the way, such as outstanding balances, fee coverage, or missing insurance addresses. Calendar sync is also updated to be more reliable and accurate.

Medication Management

Medication management is now available to select clients through Tava Health. Clients with an existing Tava Health therapist can add a prescriber to their care team and get support in the same place they already access therapy. Therapists collaborate directly with prescribers through shared notes to stay aligned on care.

Switching Providers Without Starting Over

Sometimes a provider isn't the right fit, and finding someone new should feel easy. We've streamlined the process for clients to find new providers. Preferences, coverage needs, and context carry over, so clients can easily find the best match.

More updates are coming soon. We remain focused on building tools connecting providers and clients to great mental health care.
