One Brooklyn Health NICU Graduation Reunion

One Brooklyn Health Brookdale Hospital recently welcomed generations of former NICU patients and their families back for its first NICU Graduate Reunion in 20 years. More than 56 families attended, including former NICU babies born weighing as little as one or two pounds who returned years later healthy and thriving alongside the parents who once stood by their bedside.

Families reunited with the physicians, nurses, and staff who cared for their babies during their most vulnerable moments. Seeing these patients return is a powerful reminder that keeping the patient first extends beyond a single hospital stay; it means caring for families through crisis, celebrating their milestones, and creating impact that can last a lifetime.
